Rene was a blessing! From the second she took us on until we literally walked out of the lawyer's office at closing, she was right there guiding us! My husband and I work odd hours, and she made sure we connected through text, phone calls, emails, whatever we had to do to make sure we found our dream home! I have recommended her to everyone I know who is looking for a home, and absolutely will continue to do so. She was a blessing!

It is never easy to buy a house out of state. I've done it twice and having someone you can trust locally makes all the difference. Rene was on top of everything from the minute I scheduled a last-minute-I'm-driving-12-hours-right-this-minute visit to making sure post-closing contract obligations were met. I could not have had better support and guidance than what I received from Rene. 10/10, 5 Star, Michelin-rated...you cannot go wrong if Rene Foy is in your corner.

Rene Foy was our realtor for sales of our properties twice in North Carolina. She went above and beyond both times, even in one difficult situation where they buyers agent was pretty much MIA. She picked up the slack and made our sale exceptionally easy for us. She helped us and our tenants through the process of sales in an extremely professional manner. If you want your sale to go smoothly and have things done right, please use Rene. She is nothing short of amazing! Highly recommended!

I absolutely love this lady. She went above and beyond for me. I had a time-line and I had to be in a certain school district. She worked nonstop until we found the perfect home. I had a recent issue and I needed her help and she never hesitated to help me almost 4 years later. She is a fantastic realtor and the most guinine person you will ever meet. Highly recommended.

Rene Foy helped my husband and I with finding our first home 3 years ago. As first time homebuyers we were clueless about many of the processes, and she was great about explaining everything to us whenever we had questions. She was wonderful to work with and I will always recommend her to family and friends who are looking for a realtor!

Rene is my Niece and she has made such an impact on my life through the years by the way she cares for helpless lost baby animals. She has such a tender heart of Gold and has always had a Spirit of sweetness, kindness and tenderness, She rescues helpless orphaned baby squirrels (among other little creatures) and nourishes them like she would a little human baby. The little animals thrive under her loving care and are able to return to their natural nature habitat. A couple have been known and seen coming back to hang around and visit her. Rene makes sure there is always some type of. Nourishment left around the outside premises of her yard for the little creatures who may happen along and need something. Rene has also volunteered at a veterinary clinic to help serve the needy pets in that field. She just does it all from her loving heart ❤️. Rene is a great Mom, Wife and now a Grandma. You can look at her family and see that she has done well in bringing up her children as well rounded people and citizens. Her little doggy fur-babies are Blessed to have her too ❤️ and by the Way…….. Perry is a great husband and Dad and he and Rene make an awesome team ✔️💯 Rene is a blessing to know and if you have ever had the opportunity to meet her You will feel her sweet kindred spirit right away. I am proud to call Rene my Niece. There is a quote that says “You can tell a lot about a person by the way they treat the most vulnerable creatures”. Rene has a heart of Gold .

Rene Foy did an outstanding job of selling our home. We incurred some difficulties with parties making offers then backing out. But not once did Rene let down, she continued with multiple open house events until she found the right match for us. We sold the house for exactly the price Rene stated we could list for and get. Even had her husband the mow our yard after we moved due to the mowing service could not get to the yard in time for an open house. Now that's service. List with Rene and know you are in good hands!

Rene was an excellent realtor. She came and met with us, we talked, she looked at our house, property, and gave suggestions on things we could do to make our home look more move in ready for another family. We followed all of her advise and then she came to take pictures and do our paperwork. Within a couple of days our house was listed and within 12 hours we had two offers. We accepted one and within a month and a half our house was sold. She was with us every step of the way with suggestions and advice.

Ms. Rene went above & beyond for me. She was very conscious of my need to the keep my kids in the same school district. No matter when I called or texted she would always respond. Where do I even start? Rene gladly took on quite a challenge from me. I was on a time crunch and needed to buy a home in North Carolina. The challenge was that I am still in California.Rene accepted the challenge and went above and beyond my expectations. We worked really well together because she was easily reachable, and so was I. I selected quite a few homes from the Portal, and she checked them out for me. Within 5 days, she viewed over a handful of properties and we submitted an offer. It's pretty scary to buy a house sight unseen, but due to Rene's helpful and friendly nature, I felt really comfortable with the process. She truly is a Rock Star.I finally met Rene during the home inspection and had to give her a huge hug. Even after closing on the property, she continues to assist me. Rene is definitely my go-to agent and I have already recommended her to a friend that just moved to North Carolina.

Rarely have I had the opportunity to work with someone as dedicated and professional as Rene'. As first-time buyers, my husband and I were somewhat overwhelmed by the process, but Rene's knowledge and expertise were invaluable. She took the time to help us figure out exactly what we were looking for in a home and offered guidance at every step of the process. Responsive, helpful, and truly a pleasure to work with, I would recommend her to anyone who is interested in buying or selling a home.
